²When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

²“When I choose the ^[a]proper time,
I will judge uprightly.

¹³You will arise^(A) and have compassion^(B) on Zion,
for it is time^(C) to show favor^(D) to her;
the appointed time^(E) has come.

¹³Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
