Psalm 87:3-5

3 Glorious things are spoken about[a] you,
O city of God. Selah
4 I will record[b] those who know me
in Rahab[c] and Babylon,
behold in Philistia and Tyre with Cush,
“This one was born there.”
5 But with respect to Zion it shall be said,
“Each one[d] was born in her,”
for the Most High himself will establish her.

3 Glorious things are said of you,

among those who acknowledge me—
Philistia(C) too, and Tyre(D), along with Cush[c]—
and will say, ‘This one was born in Zion.’”[d](E)
5 Indeed, of Zion it will be said,
“This one and that one were born in her,
and the Most High himself will establish her.”
