One (B)which forms [b]trouble by statute?
21 They (C)band themselves together against the [c]life of the righteous
And (D)condemn [d]the innocent to death.
22 But Yahweh has been my (E)stronghold,

    a throne that brings on misery by its decrees?(B)
21 The wicked band together(C) against the righteous

22 But the Lord has become my fortress,
