New Catholic Bible
6 The Lord does whatever he pleases
in heaven and on earth,
in the seas and in all their depths.[a]

he sends lightning[b] with the rain
and brings forth the wind from his storehouses.
8 [c]He struck down the firstborn of Egypt,[d]
those of humans as well as of animals.
