^31 (A)Envoys will come out of Egypt;
^(B)Ethiopia will quickly ^(C)stretch out her hands to God.

^10 (A)The kings of Tarshish and of the isles
Will bring presents;
The kings of Sheba and Seba
Will offer gifts.

^11 (A)Yes, all kings shall fall down before Him;
All nations shall serve Him.

^23 (A)Kings shall be your foster fathers,
And their queens your nursing mothers;
They shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth,
And ^(B)lick up the dust of your feet.
Then you will know that I am the Lord,
^(C)For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me.”

^9 (A)Surely the coastlands shall wait for Me;
And the ships of Tarshish will come first,
^(B)To bring your sons from afar,
^(C)Their silver and their gold with them,
To the name of the Lord your God,
And to the Holy One of Israel,
^(D)Because He has glorified you.

¹⁴ Also the sons of those who afflicted you
Shall come ^(A)bowing to you,
And all those who despised you shall ^(B)fall prostrate at the soles of your feet;
And they shall call you The City of the Lord,
^(C)Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

¹⁶ You shall drink the milk of the Gentiles,
^(A)And milk the breast of kings;
You shall know that ^(B)I, the Lord, am your Savior
And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
