Introduction
1 The revelation from Jesus Christ that God gave him to show his servants the things that must soon take place. Christ expressed this revelation by means of symbols sent[a] through his angel to his servant John. 2 John spoke as a witness to the word of God and to the testimony about[b] Jesus Christ, that is, to everything he saw.
