11 Then a measuring rod like a staff was given to me. “Get up,” said a voice, “and measure God’s temple, and the altar, and those who are worshiping in it. 2 But omit the outer court of the temple. Don’t measure it. It is given to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months.
