27 He will rule them with a rod of iron, shattering them like clay pots;Psalm 2:9 as I also have received of my Father: 28 and I will give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.

27 that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter(A) and will dash them to pieces like pottery’[a](B)—just as I have received authority from my Father. 28 I will also give that one the morning star.(C) 29 Whoever has ears, let them hear(D) what the Spirit says to the churches.
