9 And they marched up over the broad earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city; but fire came down from heaven[a] and consumed them, 10 and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

New International Version
9 They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded(A) the camp of God’s people, the city he loves.(B) But fire came down from heaven(C) and devoured them. 10 And the devil, who deceived them,(D) was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur,(E) where the beast(F) and the false prophet(G) had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.(H)
