³ And He who was sitting was like a ^(A)jasper stone and a ^(B)sardius in appearance; and there was a ^[a](C)rainbow around the throne, like an ^(D)emerald in appearance. ^4 (E)Around the throne were ^(F)twenty-four thrones, and upon those thrones I saw ^(G)twenty-four elders ^(H)sitting, clothed in ^(I)white garments, and ^(J)golden crowns on their heads. ⁵ And out from the throne come ^(K)flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were ^(L)seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are ^(M)the seven Spirits of God.
