7 And the first creature was like a lion, the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face as of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. 8 And the four creatures had each one of them six wings about him, and they were full of eyes within. And they had no rest day or night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!
9 And when those creatures gave glory and honour and thanks to him who sat on the seat, who lives forever and ever,

7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.(A) 8 Each of the four living creatures(B) had six wings(C) and was covered with eyes all around,(D) even under its wings. Day and night(E) they never stop saying:
9 Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne(H) and who lives for ever and ever,(I)
