2 And I saw another angel ascending (A)from the rising of the sun, having the (B)seal of (C)the living God; and he cried out with a loud voice to the (D)four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 3 saying, “(E)Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have (F)sealed the bond-servants of our God on their (G)foreheads.”

4 And I heard the (H)number of those who were sealed, (I)one hundred and forty-four thousand sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:

2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal(A) of the living God.(B) He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:(C) 3 “Do not harm(D) the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads(E) of the servants of our God.” 4 Then I heard the number(F) of those who were sealed: 144,000(G) from all the tribes of Israel.
