Romans 1:15-17

15 Therefore, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the Gospel to you also that are at [a]Rome.
16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: [b]for it is the [c]power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first, and also to the [d]Grecian.
17 [e]For by it the righteousness of God is revealed from [f]faith to faith: [g]as it is written, (A)The just shall live by faith.

- Romans 1:15 He meaneth all them that dwelt in Rome, though some of them were not Romans, see the end of the epistle.

15 That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome.(A)
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel,(B) because it is the power of God(C) that brings salvation to everyone who believes:(D) first to the Jew,(E) then to the Gentile.(F) 17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed(G)—a righteousness that is by faith(H) from first to last,[a] just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”[b](I)
