Romans 1:17-19

17 God’s righteousness is being revealed in the gospel, from faithfulness[a] for faith,[b] as it is written, The righteous person will live by faith.[c]
Gentiles are without excuse
18 God’s wrath is being revealed from heaven against all the ungodly behavior and the injustice of human beings who silence the truth with injustice. 19 This is because what is known about God should be plain to them because God made it plain to them.

Romans 1:17-19
New International Version
17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed(A)—a righteousness that is by faith(B) from first to last,[a] just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”[b](C)
God’s Wrath Against Sinful Humanity
18 The wrath of God(D) is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.(E)
