Romans 10:16-18

16 But not all obeyed the gospel.(A) For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our message?[a](B) 17 So faith comes from what is heard,(C) and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.[b](D) 18 But I ask, “Did they not hear?” Yes, they did:

Their voice has gone out to the whole earth,
and their words to the ends of the world.[c](E)

16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news.(A) For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”[a](B) 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message,(C) and the message is heard through the word about Christ.(D) 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did:

“Their voice has gone out into all the earth,
    their words to the ends of the world.”[b](E)
