29 For the gifts and the calling of God are (A)irrevocable. 30 For as you (B)were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, 31 even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy.

29 for God’s gifts and his call(A) are irrevocable.(B) 30 Just as you who were at one time disobedient(C) to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now[a] receive mercy as a result of God’s mercy to you.
