Romans 2:26-28
New Matthew Bible
26 Therefore if the uncircumcised man keeps the righteous things contained in the law, shall his uncircumcision not be counted for circumcision? 27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it keeps the law, condemn you who, being under the letter and circumcision, do transgress the law? 28 For he is not a Jew who is a Jew outwardly. Neither is that thing circumcision which is outward in the flesh.

New International Version
26 So then, if those who are not circumcised keep the law’s requirements,(A) will they not be regarded as though they were circumcised?(B) 27 The one who is not circumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you(C) who, even though you have the[a] written code and circumcision, are a lawbreaker.
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly,(D) nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.(E)
