8 And why not say rather (as some ill report of us, and as some allege we say), let us do evil, so that good may come of it? Their condemnation is just.
9 What are we saying then? Are we better than they? No, not in any way. For we have already established that both Jews and Gentiles are all under sin, 10 as it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one.

8 Why not say—as some slanderously claim that we say—“Let us do evil that good may result”?(A) Their condemnation is just!
No One Is Righteous
9 What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage?(B) Not at all! For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin.(C) 10 As it is written:
“There is no one righteous, not even one;
