^2 [a](A)Far from it! How shall we who ^(B)died to sin still live in it?

⁶ knowing this, that our ^(A)old ^[a]self was ^(B)crucified with Him, in order that our ^(C)body of sin might be ^[b]done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin;

¹⁹ For through ^[a]the Law I ^(A)died to ^[b]the Law, so that I might live for God. ²⁰ I have been ^(B)crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but ^(C)Christ lives in me; and ^[c]the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in ^(D)the Son of God, who ^(E)loved me and ^(F)gave Himself up for me. ²¹ I do not nullify the grace of God, for ^(G)if righteousness comes through ^[d]the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”

²⁴ Now those who ^[a]belong to ^(A)Christ Jesus ^(B)crucified the flesh with its passions and ^(C)desires.
