11 And if the Spirit of the one who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, then the one who raised the Messiah[a] from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive by his Spirit who lives in you.
12 Consequently, brothers, we are not—with respect to human nature, that is—under an obligation to live according to human nature. 13 For if you live according to human nature, you are going to die, but if by the Spirit you continuously put to death the activities of the body, you will live.

11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead(A) is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies(B) because of[a] his Spirit who lives in you.
12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.(C) 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die;(D) but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body,(E) you will live.(F)
