Romans 9:25-27

²⁵As He also says in Hosea: “I will call them ‘My people’ who were not my people; and her ‘Beloved’ who was not beloved.

²⁶“And it shall be in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people’. There they shall be called ‘The sons of the living God’.”

²⁷Also, Isaiah cries concerning Israel: “Though the number of the sons of Israel were as the sand of the sea, the remnant shall be saved.

Romans 9:25-27

²⁵As he says in Hosea:

“I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people;
and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,”^[a]^(A)

²⁶and,

“In the very place where it was said to them,
‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called ‘children of the living God.’”^[b]^(B)

²⁷Isaiah cries out concerning Israel:

“Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea,^(C)
only the remnant will be saved.^(D)
