¹³O thou that dwellest upon mayim rabbim, abundant in otzarot, thine end is come, and the cubit of thy being cut off.

¹⁴Hashem Tzva’os hath sworn by His Nefesh, saying, Surely I will fill thee with adam, as with locusts; and they shall lift up a shout against thee.

¹⁵He hath made Eretz by His ko’ach, He hath established the tevel by His chochmah, and hath stretched out Shomayim by His tevunah.

New International Version

¹³You who live by many waters^(A)
    and are rich in treasures,^(B)
your end has come,
    the time for you to be destroyed.^(C)
¹⁴The Lord Almighty has sworn by himself:^(D)
    I will surely fill you with troops, as with a swarm of locusts,^(E)
    and they will shout^(F) in triumph over you.

¹⁵“He made the earth by his power;
he founded the world by his wisdom^(G)
and stretched^(H) out the heavens by his understanding.^(I)
