Zechariah 10:2-4
American Standard Version
2 For the teraphim have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie; and [a]they have told false dreams, they comfort in vain: therefore they go their way like sheep, they are afflicted, because there is no shepherd. 3 Mine anger is kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the he-goats; for Jehovah of hosts hath visited his flock, the house of Judah, and will make them as his goodly horse in the battle. 4 From him shall come forth the corner-stone, from him the nail, from him the battle bow, from him every [b]ruler together.

New International Version
2 The idols(A) speak deceitfully,
diviners(B) see visions that lie;
they tell dreams(C) that are false,
they give comfort in vain.(D)
Therefore the people wander like sheep
oppressed for lack of a shepherd.(E)
3 “My anger burns against the shepherds,
and I will punish the leaders;(F)
for the Lord Almighty will care
for his flock, the people of Judah,
and make them like a proud horse in battle.(G)
4 From Judah will come the cornerstone,(H)
from him the tent peg,(I)
from him the battle bow,(J)
from him every ruler.
