⁷ It will be a unique day known only to the Lord,^(A) without day or night, but there will be light at evening.

¹³ “Therefore be alert, because you don’t know either the day or the hour.^[a]

³² “Now concerning that day^(A) or hour no one knows—neither the angels^(B) in heaven nor the Son^(C) —but only the Father.^(D)

⁷ He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.^(A)

5 About the times and the seasons:^(A) Brothers and sisters, you do not need anything to be written to you. ² For you yourselves know very well that the day of the Lord^(B) will come just like a thief^(C) in the night.
