17 don’t plot evil in your heart against a neighbor, and don’t tolerate[a] false testimonies,[b] because I hate all these things,’ declares the Lord.”
18 Once again this message from the Lord come to me: 19 “This is what the Lord of the Heavenly Armies says: ‘The fasts that occur in the fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth months will be joyful and glad times for the house of Judah, replete with[c] cheerful festivals. Therefore, love truth and peace.’”

17 do not plot evil(A) against each other, and do not love to swear falsely.(B) I hate all this,” declares the Lord.
18 The word of the Lord Almighty came to me.
19 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “The fasts of the fourth,(C) fifth,(D) seventh(E) and tenth(F) months will become joyful(G) and glad occasions and happy festivals for Judah. Therefore love truth(H) and peace.”
