1 Thessalonians 3:1

Therefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left in Athens alone,
Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left behind at Athens alone;
Therefore, when we could no longer endure our separation [from you], we thought it best to be left behind, alone at Athens,
Therefore, when [the suspense of separation and our yearning for some personal communication from you] became intolerable, we consented to being left behind alone at Athens.
Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone;
Therefore, when we could no longer stand it, we thought it was better to be left alone in Athens.
So when we couldn’t stand it any longer, we thought it was a good idea to stay on in Athens by ourselves,
So when we could no longer stand it, we agreed to be left in Athens alone
Finally, we couldn't stand it any longer. We decided to stay in Athens by ourselves
Wherefore, being no longer able to refrain ourselves, we thought good to be left alone in Athens,
Therefore, bearing it no longer, we preferred to be left-behind in Athens alone,
For which cause, forbearing no longer, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone:
We could not come to you, but it was very hard to wait any longer. So we decided to send Timothy to you and stay in Athens alone. Timothy is our brother. He works with us for God to tell people the Good News about Christ. We sent Timothy to strengthen and encourage you in your faith.
After a long time, we could not be patient any longer. So we decided to send our friend Timothy to come to visit you. We ourselves would stay here in Athens. Timothy serves God with us here. He tells people the good news about Christ. We sent him to you so that he could help you to trust Christ more and more.
So, when we could not stand it any longer, we thought it best to remain behind in Athens alone,
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we were willing to be left behind at Athens alone,
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we were willing to be left behind at Athens alone,
When we could ·not wait any [endure it no] longer, we decided it was best to stay in Athens alone
1 To show his affection towards them, he sendeth Timothy unto them: 6 He is so moved by the report of their prosperous state, 9 that he cannot give sufficient thanks, 11 and therefore he breaketh out into prayer. Wherefore since we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone,
We thought it best to remain in Athens by ourselves. But, because we couldn’t wait any longer ⌞for news about you⌟,
Finally, we could not bear it any longer. So we decided to stay on alone in Athens
Therefore, when we could no longer stand it, we thought it was better to be left alone in Athens.
We could not come to you, but it was very hard to wait any longer. So we decided to stay in Athens alone
Therefore, when we could stand it no longer, we decided to remain alone in Athens
And so at length, when the separation became intolerable, we thought the best plan was for me to stay in Athens alone, while Timothy, our brother and fellow-worker in the Gospel of Christ, was sent to strengthen and encourage you in your faith. We did not want any of you to lose heart at the troubles you were going through, but to realise that we Christians must expect such things. Actually we did warn you what to expect, when we were with you, and our words have come true, as you know. You will understand that, when the suspense became unbearable, I sent someone to find out how your faith was standing the strain, and to make sure that the tempter’s activities had not destroyed our work.
¶ Therefore when we could wait no longer, we agreed to remain in Athens alone
Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone;
Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone;
Therefore when we could endure it no longer, we were pleased to be left behind at Athens alone,
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we determined to be left behind in Athens alone,
Finally, when I could stand it no longer, I decided to stay alone in Athens
So when we couldn’t stand being separated from you any longer and could find no way to visit you ourselves, we stayed in Athens and sent Timothy to get you up and about, cheering you on so you wouldn’t be discouraged by these hard times. He’s a brother and companion in the faith, God’s man in spreading the Message, preaching Christ.
Therefore, when we could no longer endure it, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone.
So when we could bear it no longer, we decided to remain behind at Athens alone,
We thought it best to remain in Athens by ourselves. But, because we couldn’t wait any longer for news about you,
That is why, when we could bear it no longer, we decided to remain alone in Athens
Therefore, when we could no longer endure it, we thought it best to be left behind, alone at Athens,
Therefore when we could endure it no longer, we thought it best to be left behind at Athens alone,
Therefore, when we could not stand it any longer, we decided to remain alone in Athens.
When we could not wait any longer, we decided it was best to stay in Athens alone
So when we could bear it no longer, we decided to stay on in Athens alone.
We couldn’t wait any longer. So we thought it was best to be left by ourselves in Athens.
So when we could stand it no longer, we thought it best to be left by ourselves in Athens.
So when we could stand it no longer, we thought it best to be left by ourselves in Athens.
Therefore, when we could no longer endure it, we thought it good to be left in Athens alone,
When we could wait no longer, we decided it was best to stay in the city of Athens alone.
Finally, when we could stand it no longer, we decided to stay alone in Athens,
Therefore, since we could bear it no longer, it pleased us to remain at Athens alone,
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we decided to be left alone in Athens;
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we decided to be left alone in Athens;
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we decided to be left alone in Athens;
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we decided to be left alone in Athens
So, when it got to the point that we couldn’t bear it any longer, Silvanus and I decided to remain in Athens by ourselves,
Therefore, when we could no longer endure it, we resolved to be left behind alone in Athens.
Therefore, since we could endure it no longer, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone;
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we were willing to be left behind at Athens alone,
Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we were willing to be left behind at Athens alone,
So when we could stand it no longer, we thought it best to be left behind alone in Athens.
But after all our attempts to come to you were frustrated, we decided it was best for Silvanus and me to stay behind in Athens by ourselves
Therefore when we couldn’t stand it any longer, we thought it good to be left behind at Athens alone,
We felt we could not wait any longer. So we thought it best to stay at the city of Athens alone.
For which thing we suffered no longer, and it pleased to us to dwell alone at Athens; [For which thing we sustaining no longer, it pleased to us to dwell at Athens alone;]
Wherefore no longer forbearing, we thought good to be left in Athens alone,
