And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.

That night Laban brought his daughter Leah to Jacob. Jacob and Leah had sexual relations together.
When evening came, Laban took his daughter Leah and he gave her to Jacob. Jacob slept that night with her as his wife.
When evening had arrived, he took Leah his daughter and brought her to Jacob, and Jacob went to her.
But in the evening he took his daughter Leah and brought her to Jacob, and he went in to her.

Then Jacob said to Laban, “Give me my wife; I’ve completed what we agreed I’d do. I’m ready to consummate my marriage.” Laban invited everyone around and threw a big feast. At evening, though, he got his daughter Leah and brought her to the marriage bed, and Jacob slept with her. (Laban gave his maid Zilpah to his daughter Leah as her maid.)
But in the evening he took Leah his daughter and brought her to Jacob, and Jacob had relations with her.

And it cometh to pass in the evening, that he taketh Leah, his daughter, and bringeth her in unto him, and he goeth in unto her;
