The first shall say to Zion, ‘Behold, behold them!’ And I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
I am the first that saith unto Zion, Behold, behold them; and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
“I was first to say to Zion, ‘Listen carefully, here they are [the Jews who will be restored to their own land].’ And to Jerusalem, ‘I will provide a messenger (Isaiah) to bring the good news [that Cyrus will be stirred up and put into action to save them].’
I [the Lord] first gave to Zion the announcement, Behold, [the Jews will be restored to their own land, and the man Cyrus shall be raised up who will deliver them] behold them! And to Jerusalem I gave a herald [Isaiah] bringing the good news.
The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
I was the first to say to Zion, ‘Look! Here they are!’ And I gave Jerusalem a herald with good news.
I first said it to Zion, “Look, here they are”; to Jerusalem I now send a herald.
I am the first to declare it to Tziyon, to send Yerushalayim a messenger with good news.
I was the first to tell the people of Jerusalem, “Look, it's happening!” I was the one who announced this good news to Zion.
The first, [I said] to Zion, Behold, behold them! and to Jerusalem, I will give one that bringeth glad tidings.
The first shall say to Sion: Behold they are here, and to Jerusalem I will give an evangelist.
I, the Lord, was the first one to tell Zion about these things. I sent a messenger to Jerusalem to say, ‘Look, your people are coming back!’”
I, the Lord, was the first person to tell the good news to Zion. I sent someone to Jerusalem to say, “Look, they have arrived!”
I was first to announce to Zion, “Look, here they are,” and I sent a herald of good news to Jerusalem.

First, to Zion: “There is slumber.” And to Jerusalem: “I’ll send a messenger with good news.”
I am the first that has taught these things unto Zion, and unto Jerusalem I brought the news.

First to Zion, look! Look at them! And I give a herald of good tidings to Jerusalem.
I was the first to tell Jerusalem, “Look! Look! Help is on the way!”
“I, God, started someone out from the north and he’s come. He was called out of the east by name. He’ll stomp the rulers into the mud the way a potter works the clay. Let me ask you, Did anyone guess that this might happen? Did anyone tell us earlier so we might confirm it with ‘Yes, he’s right!’? No one mentioned it, no one announced it, no one heard a peep out of you. But I told Zion all about this beforehand. I gave Jerusalem a preacher of good news. But around here there’s no one— no one who knows what’s going on. I ask, but no one can tell me the score. Nothing here. It’s all smoke and hot air— sham gods, hollow gods, no-gods.”
Formerly I said to Zion, “Look, here they are,” and to Jerusalem, “I will give one who brings good news.”

“The first news for Zion: here they come,” or, “I will give Jerusalem a herald of good news.”
“Previously I said to Zion, ‘Behold, here they are.’ And to Jerusalem, ‘I will give a messenger of good news.’
“Formerly I said to Zion, ‘Behold, here they are.’ And to Jerusalem, ‘I will give a messenger of good news.’

I first decreed to Zion, ‘Look, here’s what will happen!’ I sent a herald to Jerusalem.
I was the first to tell Zion. I said, ‘Look! The people of Israel are coming back!’ I sent a messenger to Jerusalem with the good news.
I was the first to tell Zion, ‘Look, here they are!’ I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good news.

The first time I said to Zion, ‘Look, there they are!’ And I will give to Jerusalem one who brings good tidings.
“Before I had said to Zion, ‘See, here they are,’ and to Jerusalem, ‘I will send someone to bring good news.’
