Job 12:4

I am as one mocked by his neighbor, who calleth upon God, and He answereth him; the just and upright man is laughed to scorn.
I am as one that is a laughing-stock to his neighbor, I who called upon God, and he answered: The just, the perfect man is a laughing-stock.
“I am a joke to my friends; I, one whom God answered when he called upon Him— A just and blameless man is a joke [and laughed to scorn].
I am become one who is a laughingstock to his friend; I, one whom God answered when he called upon Him—a just, upright (blameless) man—laughed to scorn!
I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.
I am a laughingstock to my friends, by calling on God, who answers me. The righteous and blameless man is a laughingstock.
I’m a joke to friends who called to God and he answered; the innocent and blameless one is a joke,
“Anyone who calls on God, and he answers him, becomes a laughingstock to his friends — they make fun of an innocent, blameless man.
I have always lived right, and God answered my prayers; now friends make fun of me.
I am to be one that is a derision to his friend, I who call upon +God, and whom he will answer: a derision is the just upright [man].
He that is mocked by his friends as I, shall call upon God and he will hear him: for the simplicity of the just man is laughed to scorn.
“My friends laugh at me now. They say, ‘He prayed to God and got his answer.’ I am a good, innocent man, but still they laugh at me.
I am a person who prayed to God and he answered me. But my friends now laugh at me. I have always lived completely in the right way. But still my friends laugh at me.
But I am a laughingstock to my neighbor— I, who call on God, and he answers me— I, a righteous and complete man, am a laughingstock!
I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called to God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, am a laughingstock.
I am a laughing-stock to my friends; I, who called to God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, am a laughing-stock.
·My friends all laugh at me [L I am a joke to my friends], I who called on God and he answered me [C a reference to his earlier days, which the friends now think are a joke]; they laugh at me even though I am right and innocent!
I am as one mocked of his neighbor, who calleth upon God, and he heareth him: the just and the upright is laughed to scorn.
I am a laughingstock to my neighbors. I am one who calls on God and expects an answer. A man of integrity, a man who is righteous, has become a laughingstock.
Even my friends laugh at me now; they laugh, although I am righteous and blameless; but there was a time when God answered my prayers.
I am a laughingstock to my friends, by calling on God, who answers me. The righteous and upright man is a laughingstock.
My friends all laugh at me when I call on God and expect him to answer me. They laugh at me even though I am right and innocent!
“I’m a laughingstock to my friends, someone who called on God. But then he answered this upright and blameless man, and I have become a laughingstock.
He who invokes God and he answers him is mocked by his friend; the just and perfect man is laughed to scorn.
I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.
I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.
I am a laughingstock to my friends, The one who called on God and He answered him; The righteous and blameless man is a laughingstock.
I am a laughingstock to my friends: ‘He calls on God, and he answers him.’ A righteous, blameless man is a laughingstock.
I, the man who begged God for help, and God answered him, have become a laughingstock to my neighbors. Yes, I, a righteous man, am now the man they scoff at.
“I’m ridiculed by my friends: ‘So that’s the man who had conversations with God!’ Ridiculed without mercy: ‘Look at the man who never did wrong!’ It’s easy for the well-to-do to point their fingers in blame, for the well-fixed to pour scorn on the strugglers. Crooks reside safely in high-security houses, insolent blasphemers live in luxury; they’ve bought and paid for a god who’ll protect them.
“I am a laughingstock to my neighbor, who calls upon God, and He answers him; the righteous, upright man is a laughingstock.
I am a laughingstock to my neighbors. I am one who calls on Eloah and expects an answer. A man of integrity, a man who is righteous, has become a laughingstock.
I have become the sport of my neighbors: “The one whom God answers when he calls upon him, The just, the perfect man,” is a laughingstock;
I am a joke to my friends, The one who called on God and He answered him; The just and blameless man is a joke.
“I am a joke to my friends, The one who called on God and He answered him; The just and blameless man is a joke.
“I have become a laughingstock to my friends, I whom God would answer when I called upon him; although I am innocent and just, he afflicted me.
My friends all laugh at me when I call on God and expect him to answer me; they laugh at me even though I am right and innocent!
I am a laughingstock to my friends, I, who called on God and whom he answered— a righteous and blameless man is a laughingstock!
“My friends laugh at me all the time, even though I called out to God and he answered. My friends laugh at me, even though I’m honest and right.
“I have become a laughingstock to my friends, though I called on God and he answered— a mere laughingstock, though righteous and blameless!
‘I have become a laughing-stock to my friends, though I called on God and he answered – a mere laughing-stock, though righteous and blameless!
“I am one mocked by his friends, Who called on God, and He answered him, The just and blameless who is ridiculed.
Even my friends laugh at me. The man who called on God, and God answered him, the man who is right and without blame is laughed at.
Yet my friends laugh at me, for I call on God and expect an answer. I am a just and blameless man, yet they laugh at me.
I am a laughing-stock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, I am a laughing-stock.
I am a laughing-stock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, I am a laughing-stock.
I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, I am a laughingstock.
I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, I am a laughingstock.
I am as a laughingstock to his neighbor: The man who calleth upon Eloah [they say of me], and He answereth him! [To them I am] a laughingstock, the tzaddik, the tamim (blameless one)!
I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, am a laughingstock.
I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called upon God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, am a laughingstock.
“I have become a laughingstock to my friend, though I called on God and He answered— a righteous and blameless man is a laughingstock!
As for me—the one who called upon God and whom God answered— now, I am pitiful, laughable, a just and upright joke.
I am like one who is a joke to his neighbor, I, who called on God, and he answered. The just, the blameless man is a joke.
He that is scorned of his friend, as I am, shall inwardly call (upon) God, and God shall hear him; for the simpleness of a just man is scorned (for the innocence, or the integrity, of the righteous is scorned).
A laughter to his friend I am: `He calleth to God, and He answereth him,' A laughter [is] the perfect righteous one.
