“Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein He looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.”
Thus hath the Lord done unto me in the days wherein he looked upon me, to take away my reproach among men.
“This is how the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He looked with favor on me, to take away my disgrace among men.”
Because thus the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He deigned to look on me to take away my reproach among men.
Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.
“The Lord has done this for me. He has looked with favor in these days to take away my disgrace among the people.”
“This is the Lord’s doing. He has shown his favor to me by removing my disgrace among other people.”
Adonai has done this for me; he has shown me favor at this time, so as to remove my public disgrace.”
“What the Lord has done for me will keep people from looking down on me.”
Thus has [the] Lord done to me in [these] days in which he looked upon [me] to take away my reproach among men.

Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he hath had regard to take away my reproach among men.
“Look what the Lord has done for me! He decided to help me. Now people will stop thinking there is something wrong with me.”
‘The Lord has now given me a baby,’ she said. ‘He has been kind to me. Because of this, other people cannot say bad things about me now.’
“The Lord has done this for me in the days when he looked with favor on me and took away my disgrace among the people.”

Thus hath the Lord dealt with me, in the days wherein he looked on me, to take from me my rebuke among men.
“The Lord has done this for me now. He has removed my public disgrace.”
“Now at last the Lord has helped me,” she said. “He has taken away my public disgrace!”
“The Lord has done this for me. He has looked with favor in these days to take away my disgrace among the people.”
“Look what the Lord has done for me! My people were ashamed of me, but now the Lord has taken away that shame.”
“This is what the Lord did for me when he looked favorably on me and took away my public disgrace.”
“How good the Lord is to me,” she would say, “now that he has taken away the shame that I have suffered.”

“How kind the Lord is,” she exclaimed, “to take away my disgrace of having no children!”
When the course of his priestly assignment was completed, he went back home. It wasn’t long before his wife, Elizabeth, conceived. She went off by herself for five months, relishing her pregnancy. “So, this is how God acts to remedy my unfortunate condition!” she said.
“Thus the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.”

“The Lord has done this for me now. He has removed my public disgrace.”

“The Lord has done this for me,” she said. “In these days, he has been kind to me. He has taken away my shame among the people.”

‘The Lord has done this for me,’ she said. ‘In these days he has shown his favour and taken away my disgrace among the people.’

“How kind the Lord is!” she exclaimed. “He has taken away my disgrace of having no children.”
Thus has God dealt with me in the days when he looked on me, to take from me the disgrace that I suffered among men.
‘This is what the Lord has done for me when he looked favourably on me and took away the disgrace I have endured among my people.’
‘This is what the Lord has done for me when he looked favourably on me and took away the disgrace I have endured among my people.’
“This is what the Lord has done for me when he looked favorably on me and took away the disgrace I have endured among my people.”
“This is what the Lord has done for me in this time, when he looked favorably on me and took away the disgrace I have endured among my people.”
“This is the Lord’s doing,” she said; “at last he has looked on me, and taken away my public shame.”
Hashem has done this for me. In these yamim he looked with Chen vChesed (favor and mercy, loving kindness) on me to take away my reproach among Bnei Adam. [BERESHIS 30:23; YESHAYAH 4:1]

Elizabeth: I have lived with the disgrace of being barren for all these years. Now God has looked on me with favor. When I go out in public with my baby, I will not be disgraced any longer.

She said to herself, `The Lord has done this for me. At this time he has remembered me so that I need not be ashamed among people anymore.'
For so the Lord did to me in the days, in which he beheld, to take away my reproof among men.
`Thus hath the Lord done to me, in days in which He looked upon [me], to take away my reproach among men.'
