And He spoke to His disciples that a small boat should await Him because of the multitude, lest they should throng Him.

And He told His disciples to have a small boat stand ready for Him because of the many people, so that they would not crowd Him;
And He told His disciples to have a little boat in [constant] readiness for Him because of the crowd, lest they press hard upon Him and crush Him.
And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
Then he told his disciples to have a small boat ready for him, so that the crowd wouldn’t crush him.

He told his talmidim to have a boat ready for him, so that he could escape the crush of the crowd if necessary,
He even had to tell his disciples to get a boat ready to keep him from being crushed by the crowds.
And he spoke to his disciples, in order that a little ship should wait upon him on account of the crowd, that they might not press upon him.
And He said to His disciples that a small-boat should be standing-ready-for Him because of the crowd— in order that they might not be pressing Him.

Jesus saw how many people there were, so he told his followers to get a small boat and make it ready for him. He wanted the boat so that the crowds of people could not push against him.
The crowd was very large. So Jesus asked his disciples to prepare a small boat for him. They did this so that the people would not push against him.
He told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, so that the people would not crush him.

When Jesus saw the crowds, he told his ·followers [disciples] to get a boat ready for him to keep people from ·crowding against [crushing] him.

Jesus now retired to the lake-side with his disciples. A huge crowd of people followed him, not only from Galilee, but from Judea, Jerusalem and Idumea, some from the district beyond the Jordan and from the neighbourhood of Tyre and Sidon. This vast crowd came to him because they had heard about the sort of things he was doing. So Jesus told his disciples to have a small boat kept in readiness for him, in case the people should crowd him too closely. For he healed so many people that all those who were in pain kept pressing forward to touch him with their hands. Evil spirits, as soon as they saw him, acknowledged his authority and screamed, “You are the Son of God!”

He instructed his disciples to bring around a boat and to have it standing ready to rescue him in case he was crowded off the beach.
Jesus went off with his disciples to the sea to get away. But a huge crowd from Galilee trailed after them—also from Judea, Jerusalem, Idumea, across the Jordan, and around Tyre and Sidon—swarms of people who had heard the reports and had come to see for themselves. He told his disciples to get a boat ready so he wouldn’t be trampled by the crowd. He had healed many people, and now everyone who had something wrong was pushing and shoving to get near and touch him.
He told the disciples to have a small boat ready for Him because of the crowd, lest they should crush Him.

And he told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they should crush him;
And he told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they should crush him;
He told His disciples to have a small boat ready for Him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t mob Him.
Since Jesus had healed so many, the sick and the infirm pushed forward constantly to touch Him, to be healed, and to ask His blessing. The crowd pressed so closely around Jesus that He asked His disciples to get a boat He could board if the crush became too great.
He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
Jesus saw that the crowd was very big. He told the disciples to have a small boat ready for him so that he would have more room.
And Jesus said to his disciples, that the [little] boat should serve to him, for the people, lest they thrust him [that the little boat should serve him, for the company of people, lest they oppressed him];
And he said to his disciples that a little boat may wait on him, because of the multitude, that they may not press upon him,
