And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies, and Israel shall do valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession, who were his enemies; While Israel doeth valiantly.
“Edom shall be [taken as] a possession, [Mount] Seir, Israel’s enemies, also will be a possession, While Israel performs valiantly.
And Edom shall be [taken as] a possession, [Mount] Seir also shall be dispossessed, who were Israel’s enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
Edom will become a possession; Seir will become a possession of its enemies, but Israel will be triumphant.
Edom will become a possession, Seir a possession of its enemies. But Israel acts powerfully.
His enemies will be his possessions — Edom and Se‘ir, possessions. Isra’el will do valiantly,
Israel will conquer Edom and capture the land of that enemy nation.
And Edom shall be a possession, and Seir a possession,—they, his enemies; but Israel will do valiantly.
And he shall possess Idumea: the inheritance of Seir shall come to their enemies, but Israel shall do manfully.
Israel will grow strong! He will get the land of Edom. He will get the land of Seir, his enemy.
He will win against his enemies in Edom and Seir. The Israelites will become stronger.
Edom will lose its territory to others. Seir, Israel’s enemy, also will become a possession, but Israel will display its power.
Edom shall be dispossessed; Seir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed. Israel is doing valiantly.
Edom shall be dispossessed; Seir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed. Israel is doing valiantly.
Edom will be conquered; his enemy Edom will be conquered, but Israel will grow ·wealthy [or valiant].
And Edom shall be possessed, and Seir shall be a possession to their enemies: but Israel shall do valiantly.
Edom will be conquered, and Seir, his enemy, will be conquered. So Israel will become wealthy.
He will conquer his enemies in Edom And make their land his property, While Israel continues victorious.
Edom will become a possession; Seir will become a possession of its enemies, but Israel will be triumphant.
Edom will be conquered. His enemy Edom will be conquered. But Israel will grow wealthy.
Edom will be a conquered nation and Seir will be Israel’s defeated foe, while Israel performs valiantly.
And Edom shall be taken; Seir also shall be taken by his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir, its enemies, also will be a possession, While Israel performs valiantly.
Edom will be a captive; Seir, its enemies, will be a captive, and Israel will be acting courageously.
So he spoke this prophecy to him: “Balaam the son of Beor is the man Whose eyes are open! He hears the words of God And has knowledge from the Most High; He sees what Almighty God has shown him; He fell, and his eyes were opened: I see in the future of Israel, Far down the distant trail, That there shall come a star from Jacob! This ruler of Israel Shall smite the people of Moab, And destroy the sons of Sheth. Israel shall possess all Edom and Seir. They shall overcome their enemies. Jacob shall arise in power And shall destroy many cities.”
Balaam said to Balak, “Didn’t I tell you up front when you sent your emissaries, ‘Even if Balak gave me his palace stuffed with silver and gold, I couldn’t do anything on my own, whether good or bad, that went against God’s command’? I’m leaving for home and my people, but I warn you of what this people will do to your people in the days to come.” Then he spoke his oracle-message: Decree of Balaam son of Beor, decree of the man with 20/20 vision, Decree of the man who hears godly speech, who knows what’s going on with the High God, Who sees what The Strong God reveals, who bows in worship and sees what’s real. I see him, but not right now, I perceive him, but not right here; A star rises from Jacob a scepter from Israel, Crushing the heads of Moab, the skulls of all the noisy windbags; I see Edom sold off at auction, enemy Seir marked down at the flea market, while Israel walks off with the trophies. A ruler is coming from Jacob who’ll destroy what’s left in the city. * * *
Edom will be a possession, and Seir, a possession of its enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom will be conquered, and Seir, his enemy, will be conquered. So Israel will become wealthy.
Edom will be dispossessed, and no survivor is left in Seir. Israel will act boldly,
And Edom shall be a possession, Seir, its enemies, also will be a possession, While Israel performs valiantly.
“Edom shall be a possession, Seir, its enemies, also will be a possession, While Israel performs valiantly.
Edom will become a possession, and Seir also will become a possession of its enemies, but Israel will grow strong.
Edom will be conquered; his enemy Edom will be conquered, but Israel will grow wealthy.
Edom will be a possession, Seir, his enemy, will also be a possession; but Israel will act valiantly.
He’ll win the battle over Edom. He’ll win the battle over his enemy Seir. But Israel will grow strong.
Edom will be conquered; Seir, his enemy, will be conquered, but Israel will grow strong.
Edom will be conquered; Seir, his enemy, will be conquered, but Israel will grow strong.
“And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also, his enemies, shall be a possession, While Israel does valiantly.
It will take the land of Edom. And it will take the land of Seir, who fights against Israel. And Israel will fight with much power.
Edom will be taken over, and Seir, its enemy, will be conquered, while Israel marches on in triumph.
Edom will become a possession, Seir a possession of its enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom will become a possession, Seir a possession of its enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom will become a possession, Seir a possession of its enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom will become a possession, Seir a possession of its enemies, while Israel does valiantly.
And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; but Yisroel shall do valiantly.
Edom shall be dispossessed, Se′ir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom shall be dispossessed, Se′ir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed, while Israel does valiantly.
Edom will be conquered— his enemies will conquer Seir, but Israel will triumph.
Edom will be its possession, even Seir will belong to its enemies, but Israel will have power.
Edom shall be a possession. Seir, his enemy, also shall be a possession, while Israel does valiantly.
and Idumea shall be his possession, the heritage of Seir shall befall to his enemies; soothly Israel shall do strongly, (and Edom shall become his possession, yea, the inheritance of Seir shall befall to their enemies; and Israel shall be victorious,)
And Edom hath been a possession, And Seir hath been a possession, [for] its enemies, And Israel is doing valiantly;
