Praise waiteth for Thee, O God, in Zion; and unto Thee shall the vow be performed.
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm. A Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Zion; And unto thee shall the vow be performed.
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. To You belongs silence [the submissive wonder of reverence], and [it bursts into] praise in Zion, O God; And to You the vow shall be performed.
To You belongs silence (the submissive wonder of reverence which bursts forth into praise) and praise is due and fitting to You, O God, in Zion; and to You shall the vow be performed.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm and Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
For the choir director. A psalm of David. A song. Praise is rightfully yours, God, in Zion; vows to you will be fulfilled.
God of Zion, to you even silence is praise. Promises made to you are kept—
For the leader. A psalm of David. A song:
(A psalm by David and a song for the music leader.) Our God, you deserve praise in Zion, where we keep our promises to you.

Unto the end, a canticle of a psalm of the resurrection. Shout with joy to God, all the earth,
To the director: A praise song of David. God in Zion, we praise you and give you what we promised.
This psalm is a song that David wrote for the music leader. God, it is right for us to praise you in Zion. There, we will offer to you the gifts that we have promised.
Praise waits for you, O God, in Zion. To you vows will be fulfilled.
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. A Song. Praise is due to you, O God, in Zion, and to you shall vows be performed.

O God, it is right for us to praise you in Zion and keep our promises to you,

To the Overcomer, A Psalm and Song of David. ¶ Praise doth rest in thee, O God, in Sion and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

O God in Zion, we wait before you in silent praise, and thus fulfill our vow. And because you answer prayer, all mankind will come to you with their requests.
Silence is praise to you, Zion-dwelling God, And also obedience. You hear the prayer in it all. We all arrive at your doorstep sooner or later, loaded with guilt, Our sins too much for us— but you get rid of them once and for all. Blessed are the chosen! Blessed the guest at home in your place! We expect our fill of good things in your house, your heavenly manse. All your salvation wonders are on display in your trophy room. Earth-Tamer, Ocean-Pourer, Mountain-Maker, Hill-Dresser, Muzzler of sea storm and wave crash, of mobs in noisy riot— Far and wide they’ll come to a stop, they’ll stare in awe, in wonder. Dawn and dusk take turns calling, “Come and worship.”
For the Music Director. A Psalm of David. A Song. Praise awaits You, O God, in Zion; and to You a vow will be fulfilled.
For the choir director; a psalm by David; a song. You are praised with silence in Zion, O Elohim, and vows made to you must be kept.

There will be silence before You, and praise in Zion, God, And the vow will be fulfilled for You.
There will be silence before You, and praise in Zion, O God, And to You the vow will be performed.

For the director of music. A psalm of David. A song. God, you will be praised in Jerusalem. We will keep our promises to you.
