Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the Asherah poles out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast put away the Asheroth out of the land, and hast set thy heart to seek God.
But there are some good things found in you, for you have removed the Asherim (idols) from the land and you have set your heart to seek God [with all your soul’s desire].”
But there are good things found in you, for you have destroyed the Asherim out of the land and have set your heart to seek God [with all your soul’s desire].
Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.
However, some good is found in you, for you have eradicated the Asherah poles from the land and have determined in your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless, there is some good to be found in you, in that you have removed the sacred poles from the land and set your mind to seek God.”
Still, there is some good in you, in that you have removed the sacred poles from the land and have set your heart on seeking God.”
But not everything about you is bad. You destroyed the sacred poles used in worshiping the goddess Asherah—that shows you have tried to obey the Lord.
Nevertheless there are good things found in thee; for thou hast put away the Asherahs out of the land, and hast directed thy heart to seek God.
But good works are found in thee, because thou hast taken away the groves out of the land of Juda, and hast prepared thy heart to seek the Lord the God of thy fathers.
Fortunately, you did some good things in your life. You did remove the Asherah poles from this country, and you did decide to ask God for his advice.”
But you have done some good things. You have removed the Asherah poles from Judah's land. You have chosen to serve God.’
Nevertheless, good things are present in you, because you destroyed the Asherah poles from the land and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the Asheroth out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the Asherahs out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
But there is some good in you. You took the Asherah ·idols [poles; 14:3] out of this ·country [land], and you have ·tried to obey [L your heart set on seeking] God.”
Nevertheless good things are found in thee, because thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.
However, you’ve done some good things: You’ve burned the Asherah poles in this country, and you’ve wholeheartedly dedicated your life to serving God.”
But even so, there is some good in you. You have removed all the symbols of the goddess Asherah which people worshiped, and you have tried to follow God's will.”
However, some good is found in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles from the land and have decided to seek God.”
But there is some good in you. You took the Asherah idols out of this country. And you have wanted to obey God.”
Nevertheless, a few good things have been found in you, in that you have removed the Asheroth from the land and you have disciplined yourself to seek God.”
Nevertheless, good things have been found in thee, in that thou hast burned down the groves of the land and hast prepared thy heart to seek God.
Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.
Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.
But some good has been found in you, for you have purged the Asheroth from the land and you have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless some good things have been found in regard to you, for you burned the Asherahs out of the land and set your heart to seek God.”
But there are some good things about you in that you got rid of the shameful idols throughout the land, and you have tried to be faithful to God.”
But Jehoshaphat king of Judah got home safe and sound. Jehu, son of Hanani the seer, confronted King Jehoshaphat: “You have no business helping evil, cozying up to God-haters. Because you did this, God is good and angry with you. But you’re not all bad—you made a clean sweep of the polluting sex-and-religion shrines; and you were single-minded in seeking God.”
However, some good things are found in you for you swept away the Asherah poles from the land, and you set your heart to seek after God.”
However, you’ve done some good things: You’ve burned the Asherah poles in this country, and you’ve wholeheartedly dedicated your life to serving Elohim.”
Yet some good has been found in you, since you have removed the asherahs from the land and have set your heart to seek God.”
But there is some good in you, for you have removed the Asheroth from the land and you have set your heart to seek God.”
But there is some good in you, for you have removed the Asheroth from the land and you have set your heart to seek God.”
Even so, some good can be found in you, for you have removed the sacred poles from the land and have set your heart on seeking God.”
But there is some good in you. You took the Asherah idols out of this country, and you have tried to obey God.”
Nevertheless you have done some good things; you removed the Asherah poles from the land and you were determined to follow God.”
But there’s some good in you. You have removed all the poles in the land used to worship the female god named Asherah. And you have worshiped God with all your heart.”
There is, however, some good in you, for you have rid the land of the Asherah poles and have set your heart on seeking God.”
There is, however, some good in you, for you have rid the land of the Asherah poles and have set your heart on seeking God.’
Nevertheless good things are found in you, in that you have removed the wooden images from the land, and have prepared your heart to seek God.”
But there is some good in you. For you have destroyed from the land the false goddess Asherah. And you have set your heart to follow God.”
Even so, there is some good in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles throughout the land, and you have committed yourself to seeking God.”
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the sacred poles out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.’
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the sacred poles out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.’
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the sacred poles out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless, some good is found in you, for you destroyed the sacred poles out of the land and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless there are devarim tovim (good things) found in thee, in that thou hast removed HaAsherot from HaAretz, and hast prepared thine lev to seek HaElohim.
Nevertheless some good is found in you, for you destroyed the Ashe′rahs out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless some good is found in you, for you destroyed the Ashe′rahs out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
Nevertheless, good things are found in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles out of the land and have set your heart to seek God.”
In spite of helping God’s enemies, there is still some good in you—you did remove the Asherah idols from Judah and seek the True God.
Nevertheless there are good things found in you, in that you have put away the Asheroth out of the land, and have set your heart to seek God.”
but good works be found in thee, for thou hast done away [the] maumet woods from the land of Judah, and thou hast made ready thine heart, for to seek the Lord God of thy fathers. (but good works be found done by thee, for thou hast done away the idol groves, or the sacred poles, from the land of Judah, and thou hast directed thy heart to seek the Lord God of thy fathers.)
but good things have been found with thee, for thou hast put away the shrines out of the land, and hast prepared thy heart to seek God.'
