Isaiah 7:2-4

2 When it was told to the (A)house of David, saying, “[a]The Arameans (B)have camped in (C)Ephraim,” his heart and the hearts of his people shook as the trees of the forest shake before the wind.
3 Then Yahweh said to Isaiah, “Go out now to meet Ahaz, you and your son [b]Shear-jashub, at the end of the (D)conduit of the upper pool, to the highway of the [c]fuller’s field, 4 and say to him, ‘Take care and stay (E)quiet, have no (F)fear and (G)do not be fainthearted because of these two stubs of smoldering (H)firebrands, on account of the burning anger of Rezin and Aram and the (I)son of Remaliah.

New International Version
2 Now the house of David(A) was told, “Aram has allied itself with[a] Ephraim(B)”; so the hearts of Ahaz and his people were shaken,(C) as the trees of the forest are shaken by the wind.
3 Then the Lord said to Isaiah, “Go out, you and your son Shear-Jashub,[b](D) to meet Ahaz at the end of the aqueduct of the Upper Pool, on the road to the Launderer’s Field.(E) 4 Say to him, ‘Be careful, keep calm(F) and don’t be afraid.(G) Do not lose heart(H) because of these two smoldering stubs(I) of firewood—because of the fierce anger(J) of Rezin and Aram and of the son of Remaliah.(K)
