¹⁰ He ^(A)gives rain on the earth
And sends water on the fields outside,

²⁶ Behold, God is ^(A)exalted, and ^(B)we do not know Him;
The ^(C)number of His years is unsearchable.
²⁷ For ^(D)He draws up the drops of water,
They distill rain for His ^[a]stream,
²⁸ Which the clouds pour down,
They drip upon man abundantly.
²⁹ Can anyone discern the ^(E)spreading of the clouds,
The ^(F)thundering of His ^[b]pavilion?

²⁸ Has ^(A)the rain a father?
Or who has begotten the drops of dew?

⁸ He is the One who ^(A)covers the heavens with clouds,
The One who ^(B)provides rain for the earth,
The One who ^(C)makes grass to sprout on the mountains,
