But when King David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
But when king David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
Now when King David heard about all these things, he was very angry [but failed to take any action].
But when King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
¶ But when king David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
When King David heard about all these things, he was furious.
When King David heard about all this he got very angry, but he refused to punish his son Amnon because he loved him as his oldest child.
When King David heard about all these things, he became very angry.
When David heard what had happened to Tamar, he was very angry. But Amnon was his oldest son and also his favorite, and David would not do anything to make Amnon unhappy.
And king David heard of all these things, and he was very angry.
And when king David heard of these things he was exceedingly grieved: and he would not afflict the spirit of his son Amnon, for he loved him, because he was his firstborn.
King David heard the news and became very angry, but he did not want to say anything to upset Amnon, because he loved him since he was his firstborn son.
When King David heard about what had happened, he was very angry.
King David heard about all these things, and he was very angry.
When King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard the news, he was very angry.
¶ But when King David heard all these things, he was very wroth.
When King David heard about this, he became very angry. But David didn’t punish his son Amnon. He favored Amnon because he was his firstborn son.
When King David heard what had happened, he was furious.
When King David heard about all these things, he was furious.
When King David heard the news, he was very angry.
When King David heard all about these developments, he flew into a rage over it.
¶ But when King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
But when king David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
But when king David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
Now when King David heard of all these matters, he was very angry.
Now King David heard all these things, and he became very angry.
When King David heard what had happened, he was very angry, but Absalom said nothing one way or the other about this to Amnon. However, he hated him with a deep hatred because of what he had done to his sister. Then, two years later, when Absalom’s sheep were being sheared at Baal-hazor in Ephraim, Absalom invited his father and all his brothers to come to a feast to celebrate the occasion.
King David heard the whole story and was enraged, but he didn’t discipline Amnon. David doted on him because he was his firstborn. Absalom quit speaking to Amnon—not a word, whether good or bad—because he hated him for violating his sister Tamar.
When King David heard about these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard about this, he became very angry. But David didn’t punish his son Amnon. He favored Amnon because he was his firstborn son.
King David, when he heard of the whole affair, became very angry. He would not, however, antagonize Amnon, his high-spirited son; he loved him, because he was his firstborn.
Now when King David heard about all these matters, he became very angry.
Now when King David heard of all these matters, he was very angry.
When King David learned about all this, he became extremely angry. However, he did not punish his son Amnon because he was his firstborn and he loved him.
When King David heard the news, he was very angry.
Now King David heard about all these things and was very angry.
King David heard about everything that had happened. So he became very angry.
When King David heard all this, he was furious.
When King David heard all this, he was furious.
But when King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard about all this, he was very angry.
When King David heard what had happened, he was very angry.
When King David heard of all these things, he became very angry, but he would not punish his son Amnon, because he loved him, for he was his firstborn.
When King David heard of all these things, he became very angry, but he would not punish his son Amnon, because he loved him, for he was his firstborn.
When King David heard of all these things, he became very angry, but he would not punish his son Amnon, because he loved him, for he was his firstborn.
When King David heard of all these things, he became very angry, but he would not punish his son Amnon because he loved him, for he was his firstborn.
But when Dovid HaMelech heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard about all these things, he was very angry.
When King David heard of what Amnon had done, he was filled with anger, but he did nothing to punish his firstborn son.
But when king David heard of all these things, he was very angry.
Forsooth when king David had heard these words, he was full sorry, and he would not make sore the spirit of Amnon, his son (And when King David heard about this, he was very upset, but he would not punish his son Amnon); for he loved Amnon, for he was his first begotten son.
And king David hath heard all these things, and it is very displeasing to him;
