saying, “I will declare Thy name unto My brethren; in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto Thee.”
saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, In the midst of the congregation will I sing thy praise.
saying, “I will declare Your (the Father’s) name to My brethren (believers), In the midst of the congregation I will sing Your praise.”
For He says, I will declare Your [the Father’s] name to My brethren; in the midst of the [worshiping] congregation I will sing hymns of praise to You.
Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
saying: I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters; I will sing hymns to you in the congregation.
I will publicly announce your name to my brothers and sisters. I will praise you in the middle of the assembly.
when he says, “I will proclaim your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.”
He even said to God, “I will tell them your name and sing your praises when they come together to worship.”
saying, I will declare thy name to my brethren; in [the] midst of [the] assembly will I sing thy praises.
saying “I will declare Your name to My brothers. I will sing-praise to You in the midst of the congregation” [Ps 22:22];
I will declare thy name to my brethren; in the midst of the church will I praise thee.
He says, “God, I will tell my brothers and sisters about you. Before all your people I will sing your praises.”
He says this to God: ‘I will tell my brothers and sisters that you are great. When your people meet together, I will stand with them, and I will praise you with songs.’
He says: I will declare your name to my brothers. Within the congregation I will sing your praise.
saying, “I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.”
saying, “I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.”
He says, “Then, I will ·tell my brothers and sisters about you [L proclaim your name to my brothers (and sisters)]; I will ·praise [sing hymns/praise songs to] you in the ·public meeting [midst of the assembly; Ps. 22:22].”
Saying, I will declare thy Name unto my brethren: in the midst of the Church will I sing praises to thee.
He says, “I will tell my people about your name. I will praise you within the congregation.”
He says to God, “I will tell my people what you have done; I will praise you in their meeting.”
saying: I will proclaim Your name to My brothers; I will sing hymns to You in the congregation.
He says, “Then, I will tell my fellow Israelites about you. I will praise you when your people meet to worship you.” Psalm 22:22
when he says, “I will announce your name to my brothers. I will praise you within the congregation.”
What we actually see is Jesus, after being made temporarily inferior to the angels (and so subject to pain and death), in order that he should, in God’s grace, taste death for every man, now crowned with glory and honour. It was right and proper that in bringing many sons to glory, God (from whom and by whom everything exists) should make the leader of their salvation a perfect leader through the fact that he suffered. For the one who makes men holy and the men who are made holy share a common humanity. So that he is not ashamed to call them his brothers, for he says: ‘I will declare your name to my brethren; in the midst of the congregation I will sing praise to you’.
saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren; in the midst of the congregation I will praise thee.
Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
saying, “I will recount Your name to My brothers, In the midst of the assembly I will sing Your praise.”
saying, “I will proclaim your name to my brothers; in the midst of the assembly I will sing in praise of you.”
For he says in the book of Psalms, “I will talk to my brothers about God my Father, and together we will sing his praises.”
It makes good sense that the God who got everything started and keeps everything going now completes the work by making the Salvation Pioneer perfect through suffering as he leads all these people to glory. Since the One who saves and those who are saved have a common origin, Jesus doesn’t hesitate to treat them as family, saying, I’ll tell my good friends, my brothers and sisters, all I know about you; I’ll join them in worship and praise to you. Again, he puts himself in the same family circle when he says, Even I live by placing my trust in God. And yet again, I’m here with the children God gave me.
