Then, as every man stood still in place around the camp, the whole camp was thrown into panic, with everyone screaming and trying to escape.
The enemy soldiers started yelling and tried to run away. Gideon's troops stayed in their positions surrounding the camp
And they stood every man in his place round about the camp; and all the host ran, and cried out, and fled.
Standing every man in his place round about the enemies' camp. So all the camp was troubled, and crying out and howling they fled away.
Gideon’s men stayed where they were. But inside the camp, the men of Midian began shouting and running away.
They all stood in their places around the Midianites' camp. Then the whole Midianite army ran away! They were shouting as they ran as fast as they could run.
Each man stood at his station around the camp. The whole Midianite camp started running, raised the alarm, and fled.

They stood up, each soldier in his assigned place surrounding the encampment, and the entire army ran away, sounding the alarm to retreat.
And they stood in their places round about the camp; and all the camp was routed, and they fled crying out.

Then they just stood and watched as the whole vast enemy army began rushing around in a panic, shouting and running away.
Gideon and his hundred men got to the edge of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, just after the sentries had been posted. They blew the trumpets, at the same time smashing the jars they carried. All three companies blew the trumpets and broke the jars. They held the torches in their left hands and the trumpets in their right hands, ready to blow, and shouted, “A sword for God and for Gideon!” They were stationed all around the camp, each man at his post. The whole Midianite camp jumped to its feet. They yelled and fled. When the three hundred blew the trumpets, God aimed each Midianite’s sword against his companion, all over the camp. They ran for their lives—to Beth Shittah, toward Zererah, to the border of Abel Meholah near Tabbath.

They encircled the entire camp and woke the Midianite force abruptly, so that the Midianites cried out and fled.

And they stand each in his place, round about the camp, and all the camp runneth, and they shout, and flee;
