¶ So they entered into Capernaum: and straightway on the Sabbath day he entered into the Synagogue, and taught.
Then they went to Capernaum. On the next day of rest—a holy day, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.

They were amazed at his way of teaching, for he taught with the ring of authority—quite unlike the scribes. All at once, a man in the grip of an evil spirit appeared in the synagogue shouting out, “What have you got to do with us, Jesus from Nazareth? Have you come to kill us? I know who you are—you’re God’s holy one!”
And they entered into Capernaum, and straightway on the sabbath days he entered into the synagogue and taught.

Jesus and his companions now arrived at the town of Capernaum and on Saturday morning went into the Jewish place of worship—the synagogue—where he preached.
Then they entered Capernaum. When the Sabbath arrived, Jesus lost no time in getting to the meeting place. He spent the day there teaching. They were surprised at his teaching—so forthright, so confident—not quibbling and quoting like the religion scholars.
They went to Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the synagogue and taught.
Then they went to Capernaum; and on the next Sabbath Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.
