Numbers 3:46
Print
And for those who are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, who are more than the Levites,
And for the redemption of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the first-born of the children of Israel, that are over and above the number of the Levites,
For the ransom (redemption price) of the 273 of the firstborn of the Israelites who outnumber the Levites,
And for those 273 who are to be redeemed of the firstborn of the Israelites who outnumber the Levites,
And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;
As the redemption price for the 273 firstborn Israelites who outnumber the Levites,
To rescue the 273 remaining oldest Israelites over and above the number of Levites,
Since there were 273 more firstborn males from Isra’el than male L’vi’im, in order to redeem them,
But since there are more first-born sons than Levites, the extra 273 men and boys must be bought back from me.
And for those that are to be ransomed, the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are in excess over the Levites,
But for the price of the two hundred and seventy-three, of the firstborn of the children of Israel, that exceed the number of the Levites,
There are 22,000 Levites, but there are 22,273 firstborn sons from the other families. This leaves 273 more firstborn sons than Levites.
There are 273 more firstborn males of the people than there are Levites. So the people must pay for the extra firstborn sons.
For the redemption of the 273 firstborn Israelites who outnumber the Levites,
And as the redemption price for the 273 of the firstborn of the people of Israel, over and above the number of the male Levites,
And as the redemption price for the 273 of the firstborn of the people of Israel, over and above the number of the male Levites,
Since there are 273 more firstborn sons than Levites,
And for the redeeming of the two hundred seventy and three, (which are more than the Levites) of the firstborn of the children of Israel,
There are 273 more firstborn male Israelites than there are Levites.
Since the first-born Israelite sons outnumber the Levites by 273, you must buy back the extra sons.
As the redemption price for the 273 firstborn Israelites who outnumber the Levites,
There are 273 more firstborn sons than Levites.
You are to pay a ransom for the 273 first-born Israelis who exceed the census number of the descendants of Levi,
And for the ransoms of the two hundred seventy-three of the firstborn of the sons of Israel, who are more than the Levites,
And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;
And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;
For the redemption price of the 273 of the firstborn of the sons of Israel who are in excess beyond the Levites,
And the ransom of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the Israelites who are excessive over the Levites,
To redeem the 273 eldest sons in excess of the number of Levites,
Again God spoke to Moses. He said, “Take the Levites in place of all the firstborn of Israel and the livestock of the Levites in place of their livestock. The Levites are mine, I am God. Redeem the 273 firstborn Israelites who exceed the number of Levites by collecting five shekels for each one, using the Sanctuary shekel (the shekel weighing twenty gerahs). Give that money to Aaron and his sons for the redemption of the excess number of Israelites.”
For those who are to be redeemed of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites,
There are 273 more firstborn male Israelites than there are Levites.
As a redemption-price for the two hundred and seventy-three firstborn of the Israelites over and above the number of the Levites,
And as a redemption price for the 273 of the firstborn of the sons of Israel who are in excess of the number of the Levites,
For the ransom of the 273 of the firstborn of the sons of Israel who are in excess beyond the Levites,
Those who were to be redeemed among the firstborn of the people of Israel, not counting the Levites, numbered two hundred seventy-three.
Since there are 273 more firstborn sons than Levites,
And for the redemption of the 273 firstborn males of the Israelites who exceed the number of the Levites,
But there are 273 more males born first in Israel than there are male Levites.
To redeem the 273 firstborn Israelites who exceed the number of the Levites,
To redeem the 273 firstborn Israelites who exceed the number of the Levites,
And for the redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the children of Israel, who are more than the number of the Levites,
There are 273 first-born of the sons of Israel, who are more in number than the Levites. You must pay the price for each of them.
There are 273 more firstborn sons of Israel than there are Levites. To redeem these extra firstborn sons,
As the price of redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the Israelites, over and above the number of the Levites,
As the price of redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the firstborn of the Israelites, over and above the number of the Levites,
As the price of redemption of the two hundred seventy-three of the firstborn of the Israelites, over and above the number of the Levites,
As the price of redemption of the two hundred seventy-three of the firstborn of the Israelites, over and above the number of the Levites,
And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the bechor of the Bnei Yisroel, which are more than the Levi’im;
And for the redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the first-born of the people of Israel, over and above the number of the male Levites,
And for the redemption of the two hundred and seventy-three of the first-born of the people of Israel, over and above the number of the male Levites,
To redeem the 273 firstborn of Bnei-Yisrael exceeding the number of the Levites,
But because there are 273 more Israelite firstborn children than there are Levites, you shall pay a substitute price:
For the redemption of the two hundred seventy-three of the firstborn of the children of Israel who exceed the number of the Levites,
Forsooth in the price of two hundred and seventy and three persons, that pass the number of the Levites, of the first begotten (sons) of the sons of Israel, (And as payment to buy back the two hundred and seventy-three persons, of the first-born sons of the Israelites, who surpass the number of the Levites,)
`And [from] those ransomed of the two hundred and seventy and three (who are more than the Levites) of the first-born of the sons of Israel,
