Proverbs 21:23
Whoso guardeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

Watching what you say can save you a lot of trouble.

People who are careful about what they say will save themselves from trouble.
If you want to keep away from trouble, always be careful about what you say.
